Job Overview: Olerud’s is looking for a lead butcher for our meat market. Experience in meat handling, processing, or food service management is preferred.
Salary: DOE/Negotiable, PTO, 401K Matching Plans Offered
Schedule: Full Time, 40 Hour Weeks
Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing meat for consumer use using a wide variety of processes. That may include being responsible for handling, de-boning, trimming, tying, grinding, or tenderizing cuts of meat, as well as overseeing ordering, packaging, weighing, labeling, and pricing of goods. This may also include the custom processing of wild game for customers.
